Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ms. Do Thi Lien (affiliated person: Mr. Do Huu Hau – a member of the BOD) bought 6,500 HHS shares on August 18, 2015 and sold 6,500 HHS shares on August 27, 2015 but she did not announce the transaction.
