HBC: Information Disclosure

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation had won the contract to build all 29 villas at Holm Residences project. The Sapphire Vietnam Company is the project investor. The villas are located at Thao Dien, District 2, Hochiminh City and is designed in three different types: riverside villa, pool villa and garden villa. Hoa Binh will build all work items such as infrastructure and facilities outside. Tien Phong constructor (Prime) is nominated for completion of the inside furniture.

Total capital is VND 382 billion and the project is expected to be completed in 12 months.
