GDT: GDT to seek shareholders’ approval

The Board of Directors approved to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the following issues:

1. The amendments in the Articles of Association;
2. If the Company successfully transfers the land My Phuoc 2, the dividend rate for 2015 will be proposed to increase from 30% to 50% on par value and will be paid in cash, or stock, or cash and stock.
