FLC: FLC establishes a subsidiary

The Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company on August 31, 2015 approved a policy on the capital contribution to establish FLC Thanh Hoa Football Joint Stock Company:

-          Company: FLC Thanh Hoa Football Joint Stock Company

-          Address: FLC Samson Golf Links, Thanh Nien Street, Quang Cu commune, Sam Son town, Thanh Hoa province, Viet Nam.

-          Charter capital (estimated): VND50 billion

-          Capital contribution: FLC Group JSC owns from 80% to 95% FLC Thanh Hoa Football JSC.

-          Representative of FLC Group JSC at FLC Thanh Hoa Football JSC: Mr. Trinh Van Quyet, Chairman of FLC Group JSC.
