DXV: Continue to be in the warning status

On August 14, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2015 semi-annual reviewed financial statements by Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company (Code: DXV). According to the report, the after-tax profit in the first 6 months of 2015 is 2.4 billiondongs and the undistributed after-tax profit by June 30, 2015 is -6 billion dongs.

Therefore, the Company has not overcome the causes making the stock under the warning status.

HOSE continues to remain the warning status for the stock DXV and will consider solutions for the stock DXV after having the 2015 audited consolidated financial statements.
