DQC: DQI JSC is no longer a subsidiary of DQC

Dien quang Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (DQI JSC) has raised its charter capital from VND7 billion to VND7.7 billion. While, Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company (DQC) currently owns 357,000 shares, accounting for 46.36% of DQI JSC. Therefore, DQI JSC is no longer a subsidiary of DQC.
