VSI: VSI to hold an extraordinary general meeting

On August 07, 2015, the Board of Directors of Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JS Co. approved to hold an extraordinary general meeting to directly collect shareholders’ votes for the following contents:

-          To elect an additional member to the Board of Directors.

-          To approve the transfer of Apartment and Office Building Project at 10 Pho Quang, ward 2, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city.
