VIC: Vingroup raises capital to more than VND18,427 billion On August 03, 2015, the Board of Directors of Vingroup Joint Stock Company approved the increase in Charter Capital as a result of the issuance of additional shares for the conversion of International Bonds into shares:
- Registered charter capital: VND 18,415,574,490,000
- Increased amount: VND 11,461,280,000
- Amended charter capital (upon the increase): VND 18,427,035,770,000
- Date of amendment: July 28, 2015
- Form of charter capital increase: issuance of additional shares for the conversion of International Bonds into shares (batch 54 - batch 57)
- Upon the increase of charter capital, the shareholding structure shall be changed as follows:
