TNT: Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2015 Tai Nguyen Corporation announced the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2015 dated August 12, 2015 as follows:
Article 1: To approve the cooperation plan with the Investment Construction and Environmental Technology Joint Stock Company of Dien Bien Province.
- Cooperation projects: 02 projects
+ Housing Project in Tan Thanh, Dien Bien province.
+ Housing Project in Nam Rom River, Dien Bien province.
- Total investment expense: VND453,299,053,000
- Tai Nguyen Corporation will invest VND170,000,000,000 in the two projects. The proportion of shared interests will be 65%.
Article 2: To approve a public offering to the existing shareholders in order to raise the charter capital from VND85 billion to VND255 billion:
1) Public offering
- Stock type: common stock
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Issue volume: 17,000,000 shares
- Issue value (based on par value): VND170,000,000,000
- Issue ratio: 1:2
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Issue time: in 2015
- Transfer restriction: none
2) Plan for the use of proceeds from the offering:
The whole proceeds from the offering worth VND170,000,000,000 will be invested in the two housing projects above.
