TMS: Board Resolution _ 18 Aug 2015

Transimex-Saigon Corporation announced Board Resolution No.32 dated August 18, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to invest VND40 billion, or 20%, to establish Hai An Shipping Co., Ltd. (*)

Article 2: The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Bui Tuan Ngoc as a representative of Transimex-Saigon Corporation in Hai An Shipping Co., Ltd.

Article 3: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
