TAC: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2015 Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company has announced the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2015 as follows:
Article 1: Approving the profit and loss, dividend in 2015 :
- Output: 163,000tons
- Revenue: VND4.320 billion
- Profit before tax: VND60 billion
- Dividend: 16%
Article 2: Approving the plan of profit distribution, funds and dividend for 2014:
Distribution to funds: VND9,488,802,054
- Investment & development fund (10%): VND6,325,868,036
- Reserve fund supplementing charter capital: VND0
- Bonus & welfare fund (5%): VND3,162,934,018
- Retained earnings after distributing: VND53,769,878,309
- Dividend 23%: VND43,654,460,000
- Retained earnings after paying dividend: VND10,115,418,309
- Bonus fund for the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Management Board: VND1,170,000,000
Dividend for 2014:
- Payment rate: 23% (VND2,300/share)
- Payment method: by cash
- Paid: 16% on June 10, 2015
- Payment for the second phase of 2015 cash dividend: 7%
The AGM authorized the BOD to decide record date and payment date
Article 3: Approving the remuneration for the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors paid in 2014 and the plan pay in 2015:
- Total remuneration paid of the Board of Directors in 2014: VND444 million
Total remuneration for the Board of Supervisors in 2014:VND96 million
- Member: VND2 million/month/person
2. Plan of remuneration for the BOD and the BOS in 2015:
