SAM: The record date for bonus stock issuance HOSE announces the record date for bonus stock issuance of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation:

- Ex-right date : August 19, 2015
- Record date : August 21, 2015
- Purpose: to issue bonus shares in order to raise the share equity from the owner’s equity.
- Expected issue volume: 41,593,358 shares (30% outstanding shares)
- Exercise ratio: 1:0.3 (each shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 0.3 new share)
The number of bonus shares distributed to shareholders will be rounded down. The fractional parts will be offered to other investors for VND10,000/share by the Board of Directors.
For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 151 shares, the calculation is: 151 x 0.3 = 45.3 shares. Therefore, shareholder A will receive 45 shares. The fractional part (0.3 share) will be decided by the Board of Directors.
