PHR: Resolution of the EGM Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the Resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) as follows:
The meeting approved contents:
1) The meeting approved to issue convertible bonds worth VND500 billion.
2) The meeting approved report on the share issuance result to increase charter capital from VND83,518,570,000 to VND275,611,260,000
3) The meeting approved to restructure company.
4) The meeting approved to amend the Articles of Association.
5) The meeting approved to reduce members of BOD from 06 members to 05 members.
6) The meeting approved the resignation of Mr. Le Viet Thanh, Mr. Dang Vu Thanh and Mr. Tran Manh Duc as member of the BOD.
7) The meeting approved to elect Mr. Tran Van Thinh and Mr. Do Hoang Phuong as member of the BOD in the term 2012-2016.
8) The meeting approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha as a member of the Supervisory Board.
9) The meeting approved to elect Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh and Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Binh as a member of the Supervisory Board. HOSE
