Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Petrovietnam General Services Corporation as follows:

Ms. Pham Kim Dung (affiliated person: Mr. Bui Anh Dung - Deputy CEO) bought 1,000 PET shares on April 10, 2015and sold 1,190 PET shares on August 11, 2015 but she did not announce the transaction.
