PDR: Phat Dat allowed to transfer a project

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp has received the approval by the People’s Committee of Hochiminh City for the apartment building project in Phu Thuan ward, district 7, Hochiminh City. Accordingly, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp will transfer this project to Hiep Phat Steel Processing Co., Ltd.

This project has the total area of 112,585 m2, with the estimated investment expense of VND8,165.2 billion, and will be completed in 2018.
