LGC: Resolution on the dividend payment

CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on August 12, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2015 dividend:

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%

-          Payment date:   in 30 days from record date

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from August 12, 2015.
