Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated August 21, 2015:  

1. The Board of Directors approved to invest in concrete station in Hamlet 13, Dak Wer Commune, Dak R’lap Commune, Dak Nong Province.
2. The Board of Directors approved to set up branch of Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company in Dak Nong Province.
