KTB: KTB Put into Warning Status

On August 13, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.840/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: KTB) into warning status as from August 20, 2015.

Reason: Dongthap Trading Corporation frequently violated the regulation on disclosure of information according to Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance.
