KHA: Resolution on the dividend payment

Khanh Hoi Investment and Services Corporation announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on August 21, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Record date: September 08, 2015

-          Payment date:   September 18, 2015

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from August 21, 2015.
