JVC: Board Resolution No.11 on Personnel Change

Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument JSC announced Board Resolution No.11 dated August 06, 2015 as follows:

1. A.    Personnel Change
2. Mr. Le Van Giap was appointed as CEO cum the legal representative as from July 28, 2015.
3. Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Hoa was appointed as Deputy CEO responsible for projects and purchasing.
4. Mr. Le Van Giap was appointed as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors as from August 06, 2015.

-          Mr. Pham Van Thanh resigned as Member of the Board of Directors as from August 06, 2015.

-          Mr. Kyohei Hosono resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors as from August 04, 2015.

 B.    Holding the 2015 annual general meeting

The Board of Directors approved to ask to delay the 2015 annual general meeting (in September). The Board of Directors assigned the CEO to implement necessary procedures to delay the meeting time.
