HPC: The result of the retroactive adjustment on the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2015 On 19/08/2015,
Haiphong Securities Joint Stock Company announced the result of the retroactive
adjustment on the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2015 as follows:
Management Board
of the Company decided to carry out the retroactive adjustment on some items in
the financial statement of fiscal year which ended on 31/12/2015 in according
to the agreement on Land lot No. 9 Hoang Dieu, Minh Khai Ward, Hong Bang
District, Hai Phong City sold by Contract No. 02HDMB dated 09/05/2007 but the
time of transferring the land use right lasted long. Therefore, some the items
in the financial statement were adjusted as follows:
