Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation as follows:

Ms. Duong Bao Chau (affiliated person: Mr. Duong The Nghiem – a member of the BOD cum Deputy CEO) sold 1,200,000 CCL shares on July 16, 2015 but she did not announce the transaction.
