- Mr. Vu Van Ha has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 16/07/2015

- Mr. Tran Minh Nghia has resigned from Director with effect since 16/07/2015

- Mr. Vu Duc Tuan has been appointed Director with effect since 16/07/2015

- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Son has been appointed Manager with effect since 16/07/2015.
