VNM: Vinamilk invests in Miraka

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) declared that it received a certificate for overseas investment by the Department of Planning and Investment on July 06, 2015 regarding the investment in the foreign partner Miraka Limited Company (Taupo, New Zealand). Accordingly, Vinamilk was allowed to invest another 5.25 million New Zealand dollars in Miraka Limited Company, increasing the total investment to 19.68 million New Zealand dollars and the holding from 19.3% to 22.8%.
