Viet Nam Fumigation Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on July 07, 2015 as follows:

1)     The BOD approved to merger Board office in to HR Department

2)     The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Tran Anh Tuan as Chief of the Board cum secretary.

3)     The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Kien as secretary.
