- - Mr. Vu Quy Ha and Mr. Nguyen Nam Hai have been resigned from Member of BOD with effect since 28/7/2015.
- Nguyen Hung Phuong and Nguyen Ngoc Quynh have been appointed as Member of BOD for term 2012-2017 with effect since 27/7/2015.
- Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh and Mr. Le Quang Duc have been appointed as Member of BOD for term 2012-2017 with effect since 28/7/2015.
