TTP: The record date for cash dividend payment for 2014

On July 14, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.733/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: July 27, 2015

-          Record date: July 29, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share).

-          Payment date: August 20, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company (Address: Road 13, Tan Binh Industrial Zone, Tan Phu district, Hochiminh) as from August 20, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
