TS4: Violation of information disclosure of an inside shareholder and affiliated person

Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Seafood Joint Stock Company No4 as follows:

-          Mr. Tran Van Cuong, Deputy CEO of Seafood Joint Stock Company No4, sold 43,540 TS4 shares on June 23, 2015 but did not execute the selling in the time as registered.

-          Mr. Tran Van Tri (affiliated person: Mr. Nguyen Van Luc – Chairman of the BOD cum CEO of Seafood Joint Stock Company No4, sold 12,950 TS4 shares on June 24, 2015 but did not execute the selling in the time as registered.

-          Mr. Tran Van Tai (affiliated person: Mr. Nguyen Van Luc – Chairman of the BOD cum CEO of Seafood Joint Stock Company No4, sold 11,320 TS4 shares on June 24, 2015 but did not execute the selling in the time as registered.
