On July 10, 2015, the Board of Directors of Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation made a decision to terminate the operation of Binh Duong Branch at Lot NP5, Becamex Center, Phu Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province, Viet Nam.

Reason: to change the Company’s structure, transfer the operation from branch to subsidiary.
