Petroleum Equipment Assembly And Metal Structure Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on July 27, 2015:

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/charter capital
