PVT: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

 Song Da Urban & Industrial zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, a major shareholder of Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JS Co was late in reporting the ownership ratio of a major shareholder on July 16, 2015.
