1) Listed firm: Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp
2) Paid-in charter capital: VND1,302,000,000,000.
3) Stock symbol: PDR
4) Stock type: Common Stock
5) Par value: VND10,000
6) Total issue volume: 71,610,000 shares. In which:
- 65,100,000 shares issued to sell to existing shareholders.
- 6,510,000 shares issued to pay dividends to existing shareholders;
7) Total issue value (based on par value): VND716,100,000,000.
8) Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.
9) Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.
