Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:
-    Issuer: Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC
-    Stock code: OCH
-    Reason: The company did not overcome the reason of being put under supervision, under the trading restriction case regulated at Point 1.2, Term 1, Article 14 of Listing regulations. Especially, the company hasn’t disclosed Audited FS 2014 (consolidated) and FS Quarter I/2015 (consolidated).
-    Effective date: 13/07/2015
Supervision period ends when Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC overcomes current situation.
