NCT: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2015

Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on July 22, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: August 10, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 50%/par value (VND5,000/share)

-          Payment date:   September 04, 2015

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized CEO to implement.
