MBB: MBB approved to increase the charter capital

State Bank allowed MB to be increased the charter capital from VND 11,593,937,500,000 to VND 16,000,000,000,000 under Decision No. 08/NG-MB-ĐHĐCĐ dated 21/04/2015 of MB’s AGM on the plan of charter capital increase, including 3 phases as follows:

-          Phase 1: Increase of charter capital of VND 347,818,120,000 through issuance of shares to pay dividend for the second time of 2014.

-          Phase 2: Increase of charter capital of VND 152,181,880,000 through offering of 15,218,188 shares to employee.

-          Phase 3: Increase of charter capital of VND 3,906,062,500,000 through offering the shares under private placement of 390,606,2508 shares to shareholders, local strategic partnership.
