LGC: Information on the convertible bond offering

On July 02, 2015, CII Bridges and Roads Investment JSC received an official document from the State Securities Commission (SSC). Accordingly, SSC confirmed that it received the registration documents of convertible bond offering from CII Bridges and Roads Investment JSC on June 03, 2015. SSC suggested that CII Bridges and Roads Investment JSC implement the private placement.
