HU1: Board resolution on dividend 2014

On July 06, 2015, the Board of Directors of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the dividend payment for 2014 as follows:

-          Payment ratio: 6%, in cash

-          Payment date: in August 2015.
