HAG: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in HAGL Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Le (affiliated person: Mr. Doan Nguyen Thu – a member of the BOD cum Deputy CEO) bought 7,640 HAG shares on May 25, 2015 but she did not announce the transaction.
