EFI: Extension of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 On 30 Jun
2015, Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company announced the extension
of annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 as follows:
On 27 Apr
2015, Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company sent Document No.
34/CV – TCGD to Hanoi Authority for Investment and Planning on extension of
annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015
Chair of
Board of Directors of the Company has resigned since 26 Feb 2015, so the number
of remaining members of the Board of Directors of the Company is at present 04
members. A new Chair of Board of Directors has not been appointed, so a plan
for holding annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 has not been approved.
EFI is still
waiting for an extraordinary annual General Meeting of Shareholders as
regulated to elect an additional member to the Board of Directors. After
appointing Chair of Board of Directors, the Company is able to make a plan for
holding annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015
Therefore, in
order for the success of annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015, Education
Financial Investment Joint Stock Company would like to apply Hanoi Authority
for Investment and Planning for an extension of annual General Meeting of
Shareholders 2015. Just after the Board of Directors gains 05 members, the
Board of Directors will hold annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 in
accordance with the procedures and the laws. HNX
