EFI: Cancel the record date for holding Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2015

On 16 Jul 2015, Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company announced the cancel of the record date for holding extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 as follows:

Vietnam Education Publishing House announced the cancel of the record date of 22 Jul 2015 for exercising right of attending extraordinary annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 of EFI;

Reason for the cancel: For Vietnam Education Publishing House to conduct a review and have better preparation for holding extraordinary annual General Meeting of Shareholders of EFI.
