ECC: Explanation for Q2.2015 business results

Eurocapital Securities Company (ECC) explained the fluctuation in business results between Quarter 2/2015 and Quarter 2/2014 as follows:

-          In Quarter 2/2015, as ECC has been tightening margin trading business and advance securities loan, trading clients decrease leading to its stock brokerage incomes decrease 84%

-          In addition to the financial advisory business in this quarter, ECC searched and consulted successful bond issue for some companies leading to its consultancy incomes increased strongly compared to Quarter 2/2014.

-          As ECC has been executing to successfully manage expenses, human resource and company’s organization structure, general and administrative expenses do not fluctuate so much.

As the above mentioned factors affected company’s revenue and expenses, profit after tax in Quarter 2/2015 was VND -330,000,000, an increase of 62% compared to Quarter 2/2014.
