DXG: Board Resolution _ July 03, 2015

Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation announced the board resolution dated July 03, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of stock issuance for dividend payment:

-          Quantity of shares distributed: 10,618,101 shares

-          Value of shares distributed: VND106,181,010,000.

Article 2: Approving the amendment to the Company’s Charter.

Article 3: Approving the additional registration in the Vietnam Securities Depository and the additional listing on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-          Quantity of shares for additional registration and listing: 10,618,101 shares

-          Time of implementation: from July 2015.
