-         Number shares before additional listing: 28,820,894 shares

-         Additional volume: 2,637,448 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND26,374,480,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 31,458,342 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND314,583,420,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 02, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends for 2014.
