DHC: The BOD’s resolution of foreign investors’ ownership ratio

Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (DOHACO) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Fixing foreign investors’ ownership ratio at 23.2% to offer a private placement based on the 2015 AGM.

Article 2: Assigning the CEO to implement procedures.

Article 3: The resolution is valid as from July 9, 2015.
