CMX: Notice of the result of the second AGM of 2015

The second AGM of 2015 of Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation was not successful because the number of shareholders attending the meeting accounted less than 51% of the voting shareholders. 

Therefore, the Board of Directors of Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation announced that the third AGM will be held in 20 days from July 27, 2015. The particular time and venue will be noticed to shareholders.
