-          Purpose                                    for the payment for 2014 dividend in cash         

-          Dividend pay-out ratio:                10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Payment date:                          July 30, 2015    

-          Place & procedure of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam, as from July 30, 2015.
