TNC: Announcement of Board Resolution _ June 23, 2015

Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated June 26, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved and decided to submit the following contents to AGM 2015:

-          Revenue: VND65 billion

-          Profit before tax: VND9 billion

-          Budget payable: VND7.5 billion

-          Quantity of exploited rubber latex: 180 tons

-          Quantity of semi-processed rubber latex: 242 tons

-          Cashew processing: 1,420 tons

-          Investment executed: VND3,762 billion

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to assign the CEO to allocate VND100 million to the bonus fund to the Management Board in 2014.
