TIE: Board Resolution No.04 _ June 22, 2015

Telecommunications Industry Electronics JSC (TIE) announced Board Resolution No.04 dated June 22, 2015 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved the policy on the cooperation between TIE and MEGA Housing JSC to establish a two-member limited company as follows:

+         Company: MEGA – TIE Co., Ltd.

+         Charter capital: VND210 billion

+         Capital contribution ratio of TIE in MEGA – TIE Co., Ltd. : 26%

+         The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Vu Quoc Vinh as a representative for 26% stake in MEGA – TIE Co., Ltd.
