SSI: SSI to repurchase 10,000,000 shares

Sai Gon Securities Incorporation has registered to repurchase its own shares to increase the number of treasury shares as follows:

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 6,292 shares

-          Number of shares to be bought back: maximum: 10,000,000 shares

-          Financial resource: the capital surplus and the retained profit until December 31, 2014.

-          Trading period: from June 10, 2015 to July 09, 2015

-          Trading method: put-through or put-through

-          Buying price: market price, no more than VND22,000/share

-          Agent firm for trading: Sai Gon Securities Incorporation.
