On June 02, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.606/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 12, 2015

-          Record date: June 16, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share).

-          Payment date: July 01, 2015

-          Place of payment:

ü  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

ü  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Sacom Development and Investment Corporation. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
